Another attempt at an issue 3 cover. The logo colors are driving me nuts, I can't find a good combo.

Heh, he looks exactly like Troy from the movie, "The Final Sacrifice" in that outfit and setting

that's a good color combo for the logo. though :devpepperminstripe: has a good point, pulling the colors from the rest of the image.

i like the addition of the photo clouds, it looks really good.

Wow, it looks great!
As for the logo colours, you should just pull those right from the background (ie, the gray from the left side and the red from his sweater). It may make the whole thing look a little more unified......just a suggestion.

I think the same outline would look good with a black center, considering the color is similiar or the same to that of the shirt, and that looks cool because there is a lack of red. When you coordinate two things to be a color that takes up a minority of room, it almost always looks good. I don't know, but I like the redishs outline.

D'aww, Emo Boy is so freakin' cute, and no, I will never stop saying that,
Love the colours on this. And the sky. And the angle on the house. I am instantly envious of anyone who can draw buildings. You building-drawer, you.
I love that he's holding the grass, possibly because I am a crazy person.

The building was supposed to be more detailed, but the angles were all wonky so I just kind of made it a looser part of the drawing. I try to get the perspective right, but I'll never be an architect!

Clearly two people have already suggested this, but I think plain old black and white will suit you nicely for the logo.
